Water: Texas Water reads the water meters and bills members for their water use.
CAM transfers the property into the buyer’s name and emails all of the buyer’s information (closing date, buyer name, mailing address, phone & email) to Texas Water. The buyer does not have to set up water service.
If an owner would like their tenant to pay for water, the unit owner contacts Texas Water at [email protected] to give them their tenant’s lease start date, name, mailing address, phone and email. After that is received, Texas Water will bill the tenant directly. Please notify Texas Water each time your tenant changes.
Trash & Electricity: Establish your service with the City of Austin by calling 512-494-9400. Trash collection day is Monday.
Cable & Internet Providers: Spectrum and AT&T are both available.
Gas: Texas Gas for natural gas.
