Open Meetings

Meetings are conducted in accordance with Section 82.108 of the Texas Property Code and the Brodie Heights governing documents. Audio or video recording of meetings is prohibited unless prior express consent is granted by the Board of Directors.

Meeting minutes are prepared following each meeting and approved at the subsequent meeting. For example, minutes from the January Board meeting are approved during the February Board meeting. Likewise, minutes from the Annual Association Meeting are approved at the following year’s Annual Meeting.

Approved meeting minutes are available upon request. To request copies, please email us and include the homeowner’s name and unit number.

Association meetings are annually and generally in person. Notification is sent at least ten (10) days in advance of the meeting date.

Board meetings are held virtually on the 1st Wednesday of each month. Notifications are emailed to all subscribed homeowners. If you are not receiving community email communications, please submit a request using the button below.
